Purpose

The IT Support Committee serves to provide technical IT support and development for the FDP CUSP project.  The subcommittee's main objectives are:

• Technical assessment and development of desired enhancements

• Manage and prioritize the development backlog (bug fixes and enhancements)

• Creation of technical specifications for enhancements

• Work with Quality Control team to develop enhancement test scripts

• Work with Development team to develop, test, and deploy enhancements

• Respond to questions regarding technical aspects of the project

• Provide Tier 2 Help Desk support

• Development of technical documentation for member institutions (i.e. single sign-on, API's, etc)
